Chet's Corner - Radnor's Win Streak Should Still Be Alive

This content is proudly Brought to you by The folk's at the Radnor Rundown who is currently looking for sponsor. Please contact us if you are interest.

Unles you live under, the rock at the corner of N Radnor Chester Road And Raider Road, you should be aware that Radnor Basketball’s Impressive winning streek came to an end this week. On the surface it would appeer that George School was the one’s to serve them up a L, but anyone who was at the game know that it was actually the officiating crew that was responsible for the streak to being snapped.

In my one months of covering High school Basket ball I have never seen such a disgraceful display of refereeeing. I wanted to be hesistent to blame the ref’s but HOW could I be after that? They are directly responsible for this loss.

Radnor’s won streak was impressive nonetheless, and so after some research I have come up with a list of things shorter than their streak. To give Perspective. So without further a do.

1. Ed’s marriage (in months): 5. It felt like Ed was married to that witch for decades, but yeah, it was only 5 month’s

2. Our partnership with Devour Foods: 3 months. Should they of not made reference to illicit substances maybe I wouldn’t be writing this. There loss

3. The number of water aerobic’s classes I have done: 4. My back would seem to think other wise but I have only done 4!

4. This list, so far

5. Number of times Radnor lost to Lower Merion in 2019: 0. Nuff said

6. Number of three’s (3) ben simmons make this season: 2 (thank you to our stat department for this one. Analytic’s are growing on me I must say!)

7. Sal’s hourly wage ($6 an hour): note that this was written before Sal was let go

8. The number of times I have won the freedom award: 3 (2009, 2013, 2019). Impressive. But not as impressive as the Radnor won streak was

And there you have it. Unlike me, Radnor is focused on Strath Haven. Go Raiders
